BRUNO SHIRTS: OUR PRIVACY POLICY
At the Bruno Shirts Store, we try to follow the policy of "don't screw around with personal information." That being said, we do need to collect some information about you, since we're actually sending you merchandise! Here are the main pieces of information we collect, and what we do with it:
  1. Personal Information: we collect your shipping address, e-mail address, and (if paying by credit card) credit card information when you make a purchase from the store. All of these are only ever used by us, and will never be given out to any other party (not even Ian!).
If you are uncomfortable entering your credit card information over the web, you may do so by phone, although we don't have an 800 number. Send a note to tricket@home.com requesting our phone number and we'll send it to you (it's our personal number, so I won't list it here). We do use SSL security on our order page; click here for more details.
If you don't want to enter your e-mail address, that's okay -- however, keep in mind that this means you will not receive a confirmation letter of your purchase, and if there are any problems with your order, we won't be able to contact you.
If you don't want to enter your shipping address ... well, then we're out of luck, since we can't send your merchandise! :)

  2. Cookies: Our storefront uses cookies to keep track of items that you've added to your shopping cart. This is the only thing they do -- none of that weird "let's track and see where Tom has been surfing from" or anything. Like the personal information, nothing collected in a cookie will ever be given out; it's used only to keep track of what you want to buy. If you don't let the site give you cookies, you may have problems using the automatic order form. If at that point you'd like to order by phone instead, write to tricket@home.com and we'll try to help.
